Linda McWilliams Bead Trends & Once Upon A Name HOW TO ORDER Order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call our office between 9:00-5:00 EST, Monday through Friday at 800-597-6499 with questions. We do ask that you order online so you have a detailed, accurate copy of what you ordered. This elimanates any errors on our part or yours if taken over the phone. If you do not want to provide credit card information via the internet ordering process, you can order online without doing so. You must fill out the order form as requested and add the items to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout as normal. When you are asked for your payment method, SELECT GIFT ALERT instead of the Visa or Mastercard. You must enter 000 in the CVV Code section to proceed through. This process will allow you to enter your order without a credit card. You must then call our office directly at 800-597-6499 to provide your credit card info. APO/FPO ORDERS We can not ship our jewelry to APO or FPO addresses at this time. We suggest having the item shipped to a friend or family member in the states and they can forward to the recipient.  CANADIAN ORDERSWe can not ship our jewelry to Canadian addresses at this time. We suggest having the item shipped to a friend or family in the states and they can forward to the recipient. Our order form will not accept a Canadian address but it will accept your Canadian credit card number and CVV Code. If ordering with a Canadian credit card, you must place a valid US address in the SHIPPING and BILLING section. In the "Special Instructions or Gift Message" section you must place your true Canadian Billing Name and Address so we can verify your credit card information. Please let us know that you are in Canada and having the item shipped to the states. Almost every mother's bracelet design you see online is available in 1, 2, or 3 strands. Many are available in 4 and 5 strands but you will need to contact our office to order 4 or 5 strand styles. To avoid resizing and additional charges, please, please, measure before ordering. We realize many times our bracelets are given as gifts but it is costly on your part not to measure. Measure the wrist where you would place your wrist watch, and measure SNUG. Now add 1.25 ". If measuring is not an option, please keep in mind we do charge to restring your bracelet. It takes us just as long to restring the second time as the first. If you have any concerns about our policies, please email our studio. All of our products are custom made, personalized items made specifically for you. They are non-returnable. We have taken great care in providing accurate, detailed online images of our bracelets so you can see the designs and quality of exactly what you are purchasing. If we made a mistake with your order it will be corrected at our expense. If a return for error or damaged caused in transit is necessary, we do require you to contact us first to inform us that something is being returned. We will issue a Return Authorization Number to place on the outside of the returned package. We will not accept a returned item unless it has the required RA # on it. Please contact us within 5 days to report errors or damage. Repairs, Resizings & Adding Strands Please contact our office for information on How To Return your bracelet for a repair, a resizing or adding new additions. We will email you information on how to send it back properly. Please follow our instructions to insure that your bracelet will arrive safely. Please do not send back a bracelet without consulting us first. We need to provide you with repair estimates and costs before they arrive. Regarding Baby & Children's Bracelets: Our bracelets contain small parts. Please do not leave small children unattended while wearing any type of jewelry. Please use your best judgement when giving a baby bracelet as a gift. They are intended as Heirloom Keepsakes and should be worn with adult supervision at all times. SHIPPING INFO. AND RATES We will ship your jewelry within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. If your order is received after 5:00PM EST it is considered an order arriving on the next business day. Shipping charges are a flat rate of $8.00 on all orders within the United States. We ship all jewelry via UPS Ground Delivery which normally takes 2-7 days depending on the zone being delivered to. Orders for jewelry to Alaska and Hawaii will either ship through the US Mail or at an additional charge through UPS. We do not offer UPS Saturday Delivery. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If in a rush, Express UPS service is available at the customers expense. Overnite UPS Service is $40.00, UPS 2nd Day is $30.00 and UPS 3rd Day Select is $20.00. UPS will NOT delivery to a P.O. Box number. If you need to have your package delivered to a P.O.Box please contact our office. PLEASE NOTE** This shipping time is added to the online availability or creation time. For example: if we say your bracelet will ship in 2-3 business days, requesting Overnite/2nd Day/3rd Day shipping is for delivery time, NOT creation time. After the 2-3 day creation time, we will ship your order the requested express delivery at the customers expense thereby reducing the travel time for delivery.
