Linda McWilliams Bead Trends Once Upon a Name HOW TO ORDER Order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call our office between 9:00-5:00 EST, Monday through Friday at 800-597-6499 with questions. We do ask that you order online so you have a detailed, accurate copy of what you ordered. This elimanates any errors on our part or yours if taken over the phone. Please contact our office by phone if you need make changes to your order. If you do not want to provide credit card information via the internet ordering process, you can order online without doing so. You must fill out the order form as requested and add the items to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout as normal. When you are asked for your payment method, select CALL CC# IN instead of the Visa or Mastercard. You must enter 000 in the CVV Code section to proceed through. This process will allow you to enter your order without a credit card. You must then call our office directly at 800-597-6499 to provide your credit card info. APO/FPO ORDERS We can not ship our jewelry to APO or FPO addresses at this time. We suggest having the item shipped to a friend or family member in the states and they can forward to the recipient.  CANADIAN ORDERSWe can not ship our jewelry to Canadian addresses at this time. We suggest having the item shipped to a friend or family in the states and they can forward to the recipient. Our order form will not accept a Canadian address but it will accept your Canadian credit card number and CVV Code. If ordering with a Canadian credit card, you must place a valid US address in the SHIPPING and BILLING section. In the "Special Instructions or Gift Message" section you must place your true Canadian Billing Name and Address so we can verify your credit card information. Please let us know that you are in Canada and having the item shipped to the states. Minor variations in Bali designs may occur due to current availability. To avoid resizing and additional charges, please, please, measure before ordering. We realize many times our bracelets are given as gifts but it is costly on your part not to measure. Measure the wrist where you would place your wrist watch, and measure SNUG. Now add 1.25 ". If measuring is not an option, please keep in mind we do charge to restring your bracelet. It takes us just as long to restring the second time as the first. If you have any concerns about our policies, please email our studio. All of our products are custom made, personalized items made specifically for you. They are non-returnable. We have taken great care in providing accurate, detailed online images of our bracelets so you can see the designs and quality of exactly what you are purchasing. We offer testimonials from our customers for your reveiw. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about our products or policies. If we made a mistake with your order it will be corrected at our expense. If a return for error or damaged caused in transit is necessary, we do require you to contact us by phone (800-597-6499) to inform us that something is being returned or there is an issue with your order. We will issue a Return Authorization Number to place on the outside of the returned package. We will not accept a returned item unless it has the required RA # on it. Please contact us by phone within 24 hours of receipt to report errors or damage. Any authorized returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee for lost materials and labor. Repairs, Resizings & Adding Strands Please contact our office for information on How To Return your bracelet for a repair, a resizing or adding new additions. You can also print the information from our Repairs Section online. We can only work on our own designs. If you are unsure if your bracelet was purchashed through Bead Trends, please give us a call and we will help you make this determination before sending the bracelet back to us. Discontinued Designs and Letter Beads Over the past few years many of our manufacturers have discontinued certain letter bead styles and beads we use in our designs. As a result we have had to discontinue or retire certain style letter beads and designs. If you need a repair or addition to one of these retired/discontinued designs, we will be uanble to provide that service. We apologize in advance for this situation but hope our customers realize it was not our choice to do so. Regarding Baby & Children's Bracelets: Our bracelets contain small parts. Please do not leave small children unattended while wearing any type of jewelry. Please use your best judgement when giving a baby bracelet as a gift. They are intended as Heirloom Keepsakes and should be worn with adult supervision at all times. SHIPPING INFO. AND RATES We will ship your jewelry within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. If your order is received after 5:00PM EST it is considered an order arriving on the next business day. Shipping charges are a flat rate of $8.00 on all orders within the United States. We ship all jewelry via USPS which normally takes 2-7 days depending on the location being delivered to. Orders for jewelry to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping charges. If in a rush, Express USPS service is available for $25.00. Please contact our office for verification of delivery with Express service. PLEASE NOTE** This shipping time is added to the online availability or creation time. For example: if we say your bracelet will ship in 2-3 business days, requesting EXPRESS shipping is for delivery time, NOT creation time. After the 2-3 day creation time, we will ship your order the requested Express delivery at the customers expense thereby reducing the travel time for delivery. SALES TAX If you are a resident of NY State, 8.5% sales tax will be added to your total.
