Custom Made Ring Policy

• All rings on our website are custom made for you at the time of ordering.
  
  You may CHANGE your order within 24 hours of placing your order at no charge.
  
  Changes do not include cancelling but refer to stone and metal corrections.
  Please DO NOT EMAIL any change requests. Please call our office at
  800-597-6499 directly if changes are necessary.
  
  Custom orders CAN NOT be cancelled for any reason and are Not Returnable.
  
  Once you receive your product, please inspect it carefully for errors. If we made
  a mistake or there are any defeats in size, metal, or stone color,
  we, of course, will make the corrections at our expense.
  
  If an error is made on your part, correction fees will apply plus shipping charges.
  You have 5 business days after delivery to telephone (DO NOT EMAIL) our office at
  800-597-6499, to inform us of any mistakes with your product, otherwise we will
  be unable to correct them at our expense.
  
  Please be aware that we will not reimburse fees for work done by someone else
  other than our store. Bead Trends will not be responsible for any damages to
  products repaired outside of our company and your guarantee will be void at that time.
  
  Double check your order carefully after you have placed it in the shopping cart
  to insure you have not made any mistakes.
