Bracelet Repairs & Additions

We will be happy to repair or add to your bracelet provided the item was purchased through our company. We do recommend that you follow our guidelines for measuring for a proper fit before sending it back if it is not apparent what the size is. Since your bracelet may be broken or need a repair or addition, we want to ensure we have a correct size before we remake/repair the bracelet.

Using a flexible tape measure, please measure your wrist where you would place a wristwatch (below the wristbone going toward the elbow) and measure SNUG. From this measurement please add 1.25 inches for the correct sizing. EX: If you meausure your wrist at a snug 6 inches then your bracelet size would be 7.25 inches.

We do charge a fee to add to/repair your bracelet as follows:

1 strand - $20.00
2 strand - $30.00
3 strand - $40.00
4 strand - $50.00

*Add a name - $15.00

Discontinued Designs and Letter Beads Over the past few years many of our manufacturers have discontinued certain letter bead styles and beads we use in our designs. As a result we have had to discontinue or retire certain style letter beads and designs. If you need a repair or addition to one of these retired/discontinued designs, we will be uanble to provide that service. We apologize in advance for this situation but hope our customers realize it was not our choice to do so.

We will contact you if there are any additional charges for lost letter beads, design beads, clasps, charms, etc. if they need replaced. Charms and dangles are $5.00 per item. Clasp changes vary from $8.00 to $10.00.

An $8.00 return shipping fee is also added.

**Please be aware that we can not accept deliveries from Canada unless the return address is a US address. We can not ship to Canada or overseas.

*** We also insist that you measure your bracelet and provide the size to us in writing. Lay the bracelet out flat and measure from end to end including the clasp. Please provide this length as the "original size". If you are changing the size, also provide the "new size". If a NEW size is not provided, we will remake the bracelet at the ORIGINAL size you provided in your letter.***

We accept Visa and Mastercard only as payment for the corrections. Checks can not be accepted for this service. Please include your credit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit CVV code with your return along with your billing/shipping adddress and a note on what needs repaired or corrected.

You can ship your bracelet back to LJ McWilliams via UPS or INSURED US Mail with a Signature Required. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We prefer UPS if possible. Please package your bracelet properly. A box or padded mailer is necessary so the bracelet is not damaged in transit. Mail bracelet to:

Please enclose a letter stating the new size you need, your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. Credit cards are billed to our parent company, Keepsake Family Jewelry.

Repairs take approximately 1 week to process. If you provide your email address with your return information, we will email you through UPS when the bracelet is being returned.
