This beautiful Mother's Pendant is hand-stamped on a domed 7/8" sterling silver disc with a lovely sterling silver swirl heart charm. You can have this item personalized with a first and middle name or up to 3 names if they total 16 characters or less. Pendant comes with a shiny sterling silver 18" chain and up to 3 birth stone dangles of your choice. Item is gift boxed. Chain style may vary from the online image.
